They are amazing, gentle, and patient with my little one. I love it. I saw them all step in and show great teamwork this morning when a child was uncomfortable and they were so gentle and patient with him. They were comforting and made it as seamless as possible for him.

One star review is for the receptionist and overall feeling, not dental work performed. Both my husband and I, separate from each other, walked into the office to get an appointment scheduled for our daughter. We were both met with the same things- no one looking up to say hello, no one even acknowledging our presence for well over 5-10 minutes. On my experience I just left never to come back ever again. For my husband, it’s like they didn’t speak English or something and they never once looked him in the eye. It was confusing and frustrating and isolating feeling, so he walked out. The dentists may be great, but they need receptionists who say hello and smile and acknowledge your presence and know how to communicate effectively.

Professional, personable, & the young ladies at the desk were absolutely amazing. They educated me on their new scheduling policy without making me feel bad for not knowing. They also take Medicaid. To be treated equally as maybe someone with different insurance is a blessing. My daughter’s name is Mycah Balem & we were there Monday. Thank you to the entire staff

Ever since we switched to this new place, my son who has autism has been doing really well. He was greeted by everyone, and his appointment went off without a hitch. Both the hygienist and dentist were great and did a fantastic job overall.

I had a great experience at this office. The dental assistant Tishayda was incredibly friendly, informative, and thorough—especially when it came to hygiene. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter was comfortable the entire visit, which I really appreciated. Dr. Stephen was just as great—very informative and walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall, the team made the experience smooth, reassuring, and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
